Back in KC

Once again, I spent most of my week in Columbia Missouri. I posted on here before the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) Cerner signed with the University to work on a contract by the end of the year. That is what I am actively working on negotiating and completing. My division did have other good news at the start of this month that I didn't post. We signed our first contract with NCH in Naples Florida. Cerner will officially run the hospitals IT department at the end of this month. We started this division 9 months ago and we have one contract signed and a MOU with another. 2009 has been a great year for us so far and we hope it continues in 2010.
