Today we took Madison to Shear Madness for her first haircut. When we first entered, she was a little shy. Her stylist name was Amber (who Madison warmed up to). In addition, Backyardigans was on TV, so that kept her busy. There was a choice of four "vehicles" to sit in (golf cart, princess corvette, Hummer and motorcycle). The princess corvette was taken, so we tried the Hummer, once Madison realized she was "strapped" down, she cried, so we asked a little boy if we could have the golf cart. Our only stipulation with the haircut was no mullet! Amber said, she never cut a kids hair who sat on the floor of the vehicle. However, she managed to cut Madison's hair. Yes, Madison did not want to sit on the seat, but the floor. She did great once things got started. Once she was done, she thanked everyone. Parker enjoyed watching the event.
